The closing process is the final step in the home buying journey. The main focus is working with you, your lending/financial institution and the escrow officer to make sure we stay on schedule to a smooth and successful close of escrow. Tasks include signing documents, disbursing funds, and transferring the property's title which includes recording the deed, in addition to a final walkthrough of the property. 

Although escrow is closed and you are a homeowner, our commitment to you extends beyond the sale.
