With over two decades of real estate experience, Beverly launched her real estate career in Boston, where she lived for 10 years prior to moving to San Francisco, in 2000. In the fall of that year, she joined Pacific Union International, acquired by Compass Real Estate in 2017, one of San Francisco's premier real estate companies. In 2001, she was named "Rookie of the Year" and joined the few who share that elite accomplishment. This title says a lot about what kind of person Beverly is….dedicated, tenacious, entrepreneur.
It is of no surprise to those who know her or have worked with her that she achieved success so quickly and has continued to be among the top agents in San Francisco. Beverly prides herself in making each client feel as if they’re her only client. She is supported by a full-time associate, transaction coordinator, and an incredible marketing team, leaving no part of her business unaccounted for.
She loves and breathes real estate and her PASSION shows in her customer service, negotiation, follow-through, and dedication. A people person and problem solver, Beverly is a true communicator and loves helping clients achieve their real estate goals and dreams. Whether she's representing the seller and making sure they get the highest possible price for their property; or helping a buyer put together a strategic offer that will put them in the winning position, she's the realtor you want representing your interests. Her market knowledge, high energy, negotiation skills, attention to detail, intuition and persistence are traits that continue to help her clients year after year.
Her clients describe her as “a real estate powerhouse”, “a tough negotiator, dedicated, insightful, and fun”. As one client simply stated, “you want her on your team!”
Giving back and supporting charities is important to Beverly. She has and continues to support many charities including NCEFT, Michael J. Fox Foundation, US Veterans Assistance Foundation, St. Jude, American Red Cross, Susan G Komen, World Wildlife Fund, Humane Society, ASPCA, Surfrider Foundation, SF Opera, Friends of the Corte Madera Creek, etc., and also donates to the Compass Cares Program which donates money to several charities throughout the Bay Area.
When Beverly is not working in real estate, you can find her with her other passion - her kids, two boys, ages 14 and 16, cheering them on. She also enjoys paddle boarding, hiking, and wine tasting, and is usually outdoors, enjoying her time with her family and their new puppy, a goldendoodle, Bentley.
